CONTEST ENTRY
House Doctors Handymen Service in conjunction with the Pottsville Broadcasting Company (T-102) herby presents
the contest rules for the summer makeover.
1. Time:
a. The contest begins on June 9th, 2008 and ends on September 1, 2008.2. Entrance into Contest:
a. To enter send or drop off all photos and accompanying information of the roof of your primary residence to: Pottsville Broadcasting Company, 212 South Center Street, Pottsville, PA 17901 or email your entry and upload your photos to t102radio.com.
b. The entrance may be for your primary residence. No vacation homes or second homes will be accepted.
c. The contest is for Labor only.
d. An entry will not be considered for the competition until it is personally verified by House Doctors or Pottsville Broadcasting Company.
e. By submitting an entry, a contestant also signs up for an automatic free estimate from House Doctors Handymen Service.
f. All entrants herby give permission to Pottsville Broadcasting Company, House Doctors Handy Men Service to contact the entrant to verify the legitimacy of the entry to be qualified for the contest. If the entry is not qualified, your entry will not be considered for the Grand Prize.
g. All entries are limited to one entry per home.
h. Entrants can center as many photos as they choose up to a maximum of 10 photos. A minimum of 1 photo is required.
i. All entrants must provide the following information:

j. Once entrants are submitted the entry and photo will become property of House Doctor Handymen Service, Pottsville Broadcasting Company. No entries or photos will be returned.
k. Employees of Pottsville Broadcasting Company, House Doctor Handymen, and the their subsidiaries are not eligible to enter the contest.
l. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and is void where prohibited by law, Pottsville Broadcasting Company. If you prefer not to receive such notification please advise Pottsville Broadcasting Company or House Doctors Handymen Services in writing or you desire to be removed from any future contest mailings.
3. Judgment Criteria:
a. The will be chosen from all eligible entries.b. The Grand Prize winner will be announced at asset time in September 2008, on T-102 (101.9 F.M.). The time of the award will be determined at the discretion of Pottsville Broadcasting Company, House Doctors Handymen Service, and will be publicly broadcasted and announced on both the radio, T-102 (101.9) and on the internet @ T-102radio.com.c. The winner does not have to be listening to the radio to be awarded the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner will have 72 hours after notification to accept the Grand Prize. During the 72 hour period the Grand Prize winner must provide proof of home ownership. Poof of home ownership that will be accepted are tax receipts showing owner’s name; copy of Deed to the home, or a Deed Book, Volume and Page that can be independently identified. No other forms of proof of home ownership will accepted (i.e. Mortgage or home owner’s insurance will not be accepted as proof of ownership).
d. There will be 3 judges of the contest; two of the judges will be the employees of Pottsville Broad Casting Company. One judge will be a representative of House Doctors Handymen Services.
I. All entrants understand that the T-102 judges are not professionals and are judging the contest from a “layman’s opinion” strictly on the cosmetic quality and look of the roof. The third judge will be the representative form House Doctors Handymen Service will assist with his/her professional opinion on the condition and quality. All entrants recognize that this is a subjective contest based upon the judges’ collective opinions only and based upon my structural or engineering opinions.
e. House Doctors Handymen Services will not take part in the Judging of the Grand Prize, however, House Doctors Handymen Services reserve the right to visit entrant’s properties.
f. The Grand Prize winner will be chosen at the sole discretion and opinion of the three judges.
g. All entrants consent to the use of the photographs that are submitted on the tT102radio.com website and the general public may be permitted to visit the website and express opinions as to which the roof they believe should win the Grand Prize.
h. The Judges may take into consideration that the results of the online judging, but it is recognized that such opinions are for the entertainment purposed only and will net be determinative of the ultimate Grand Prize winner.
i. Pottsville Broadcasting Company reserves the right to give away weekly prizes to the entrants of the entrants of this contest at their sole discretion. In the event of any entrant is chosen as a weekly winner, they remain eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.
4. Location: a, The contest is available only to the residence whose primary home is a 60 mile radius of the Pottsville zip code (17901). The entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
5. Post-Award Obligations:
a. Upon the announcement of the Grand Prize winner, the winner will be obligated to sign and return a Affidavit of eligibility and release of liability within ten days of notification. In the event of non-compliance with this responsibility ore failure to validate home ownership or in the event that all listed honeowners do not consent to the work to be performed and alternative winner will then be selected.b. In the event the Prize notifications cannot be made to the selected, Grand Prize winner, the judges reserve the right to award the Grand Prize to an alternate winner. The alternate winner will then be chosen by a random drawing from all entrants. (Referenced as the Runner Up Grand Prize Winner)c. A Runner Up Grand Prize Winner is obligated under the same rules of and condition of as set forth under these rules.d. The Grand Prize winner ( or the Runner Up Grand Prize Winner) by acceptance of the Grand Prize consents to the use of their name, photos or other likeness, testimonials or other information in advertising, trade and/ or Promotion of behalf of the Public Broadcasting Company, without further compensation.e. The Grand Prize winner agrees to have a job sign from House Doctors Handymen Service in front of their home for 45 days and the use of their names, images and pictures of the home in advertising and promotional purposes. The winners also consent to have their personal photographs taken in front of the home with the representatives from Pottsville Broadcasting Company, and House Doctors Handymen Services. Said photo will be scheduled the convenience of all parties and will betaken within 10 business days of the completed project.
f. House Doctors Handymen Services agrees that with in 10 business days after the acceptance of the Grand Prize and completion of the home ownership and validation, the work shall commence (weather Permitting). The entrants recognize that weather conditions such as high winds, rain, freezing or scorching temperatures may delay the start project.
6. Description of Grand Prize:
a. Entrants will be eligible to win the following prizes:
I. The Grand Prize shall be an House Doctors Handymen Service. The labor to be provided by House Doctors Handymen Services. House Doctors Handymen Service will perform clean up and hauling away of all debris. House Doctors Handymen Service, will be responsible for securing the necessary building permits, however, the Grande Prize Winner will be responsible for any fees associated with the permit.
II. If the Grand Prize Winner selects any upgrades, The grand Prize shall be responsible for any increased costs.
III. The Grand Prize is valued at $1000.

8. Contest is sponsored by Pottsville Broadcasting Company.
9. No purchase is necessary. No payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
