The purpose of this EEO Public File Report ("Report") is to comply with Section 73.2080-c(6) of the FCC's 2002 EEO Rule. This Report has been prepared on behalf of the Station Employment Unit that is comprised of the following stations: WPPA / WAVT in Pottsville, Pennsylvania and is required to be placed in the public inspection files of these stations, and posted on their websites, if they have websites.

Tours given by a person in the news dept.
Children and Adult groups toured our facility

3 Argie D. Tidmore conducted an EEO meeting with management on March 13, 2013
4 We have openings for internships throughout the year.
5 Members of our staff give speeches about the radio industry and jobs in radio to the Chamber leadership class as well as other groups who request a speaker.
